Call Out & Repair

We specialise in call outs within a 50-mile radius from our Essex base, from new and existing customers, and aim to attend an acknowledged call out request within 24 hours. Our call out fee includes the first hour of labour on site (starting from £95 + VAT*). If a call out lasts for more than an hour any additional time is charged at a half-hourly rate. Our engineers are tracked via our mobile app which ensures customers are only invoiced for exact hours on site. Digital job sheets can be provided on request.

Common parts are carried for a first time fix. Should we be unable to repair the fault at the initial call out then we will provide a quote to carry out any further repairs.

*Additional costs will be charged at current rates (parking, congestion & toll charges).

  • System not cooling/heating
  • Fault codes flashing on a controller/unit display
  • Poor air flow
  • Leaking water
  • Noisy unit
  • Bad odour from indoor fan coils
  • Non-responsive unit
  • Product not chilling in the cellar cooler

We Had Paul from Breeze Aircon do our office/cabin. He done a brilliant job and not only was we happy with the product but the installation was also neat and tidy. Zero mess and zero fuss.
